About Izakaya by Vladimir Pak
Vladimir Pak won the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo in 2017 and has had a Michelin star for his omakase restaurant in Oslo. Izakaya is his more relaxed venue, inspired by Japanese pubs where you share small dishes over beer and sake. The menu combines edomae sushi with grilled dishes, tempura and seasonal dishes of Norwegian seafood. The restaurant is located on Kirkegata in Kvadraturen and is recommended in the Michelin Guide 2026. Tables are booked via the website.
