About Frognerseteren
Frognerseteren Restaurant was built in 1891 in dragon style and is one of Oslo's most visited excursion destinations, both for tourists and for the city's own skiers and hikers. The Seterstua café serves simple food, waffles and the famous apple cake, while Finstua is a full-service restaurant with Norwegian game, fish and seasonal menu. The outdoor seating on the terrace has the city's best views. The place is easily reached by T-bane 1 to Frognerseteren station and is the starting point for hikes in Nordmarka and to Holmenkollen.
