Black History Month Norway // Klubbkveld: Remix & Reimagine

Om Black History Month Norway // Klubbkveld: Remix & Reimagine

This year, Remix & Reimagine dives into Black electronic music. Its roots, its sounds and everything it can become.

Electronic music didn’t come out of nowhere. A lot of what we know as club music today was shaped by Black artists, communities and dance floors. Electronic music has deep Black histories, but those histories are often overlooked, disconnected or forgotten. This volume is about reconnecting with that lineage while making space for the sounds being created right now.

Expect a night moving through jungle, techno, Baltimore club, Jersey club, footwork, hardgroove, electro, Afro-futurism and beyond, with NA3IMA, Ta1da, River Moon and dark0wa taking over the decks.

Different sounds, different energies, one night.
