About Stallen
Stallen is located in a former stable behind Bislett and opened in 2019. The kitchen has made a conscious choice not to chase raw materials from around the world, but to build the menu on what is found in Norway and near Oslo, with fermentation and storage as important tools. The restaurant received a Michelin star in 2023, Michelin's green star for sustainability, and the chef was appointed Michelin Mindful Voice. The menu is one fixed tasting menu with optional drink packages. Tables are booked in advance via the restaurant's booking system.
