Kolonialen Bislett opened in 2014 in the premises of an old corner shop, and has kept the counter and the cosy atmosphere. The menu is short and affordable with oysters, cured meats, seasonal dishes and Norwegian classics in new guise, and the wine list is among the city's best for the restaurant's size. The restaurant is recommended in the Michelin Guide 2026. Open Monday to Saturday; also for lunch on Saturday.
