About Kanelsnurren

Torben learned to bake from his father. There was no doubt about what Torben would become when he grew up. His first trip from Holstebro to Stavanger as a qualified baker was in 2009. And, just a few years later, in 2013, the dream of his own bakery came true. Together with his Lærke, the two opened the first of what would become many Kanelsnurren locations on Fiskepiren in Stavanger. Kanelsnurren was based on the couple's idea of the modern gourmet bakery. Quality, pure and natural ingredients, craftsmanship and long fermentation time were the main ingredients. They still are. The couple's dream keeps growing, and now Torben and Lærke share the dream and heritage from Denmark with Stavanger and Oslo.
