Akersgata is historic, it has been an access road from the Fortress to the old Aker Church and Akergårdene since the 1300s. The building we are in, Akersgata 16, was a shopping center with a cafe-bar already in the 60s, before it was converted to offices for a longer period. The building has now been renovated and changed back to its expression from the 1930s when it was changed according to the construction year in 1895. We have continued this Art Deco style inside our now double-sized space. Clean lines, larvikite stone slabs, art deco-inspired counter front and custom-designed lamps with blown glass spheres from Glasshytta Blåst, meet you in our inviting coffee bar. The color we have chosen for the upper part of the space has color code 4010-G10Y. The color of the lower part of the space is 5010-G10Y.
