About Kaffebrenneriet

Hegdehaugsveien is named after the square Hegdehaugen below Store Frøen and is in the heart of Homansbyen. Originally it was Homansslottet that had this address, but was replaced in the 60s with today's building. We have kept the space clean and rebuilt several arches in the ceiling from the original architecture. The interior has taken on a pure 1960s style with, among other things, teak elements in the furniture and oak details on the counter and wall. The classic Gare du Nord lamps give warmth and cozy lighting in our space.
