About Ă pent Bakeri Inkognito terrasse
Ă pent Bakeri was started by Emmanuel Rang and Ăyvind Lofthus in June 1998 with a simple idea: few and good ingredients, long fermentation and old-fashioned craftsmanship. The bakery at Inkognito terrasse at Frogner is the original, and it is still here that many Oslo residents pick up their weekend bread. The selection includes sourdough bread, baguettes, croissants, cinnamon buns and cakes, as well as coffee that can be enjoyed on the benches outside. The bakery has since opened several branches around the city.
