About Ă pent Bakeri
In 1998, the two bakers Emmanuel Rang and Ăyvind Lofthus opened a small bakery on a quiet street behind the palace. This is where the story began. The focus on quality, few and good ingredients, and good old-fashioned craftsmanship meant that the baked goods they sold quickly became among the most popular in Oslo.
