About Plah
Plah was started by Terje Ommundsen in 2004 and was for many years on Hegdehaugsveien, where it became known for combining Thai technique and flavour with Norwegian seasonal ingredients. Today the restaurant is located in the Sommerro building at Solli plass, with 19 seats at the counter in front of the open kitchen. The menu features set tasting menus, and sister restaurant Ahaan serves simpler Thai food in the same building. Plah is recommended in the Michelin Guide 2026 and is open Wednesday to Saturday in the evening.
