We have a huge love for porridge - and are convinced that when served correctly, made with the perfect consistency and the right toppings, very few will keep the trauma that many have from their childhood. When made well, it tastes fantastic, with all the important flavor elements such as tart fruits, sweet caramel sauce, crispy crunchy granola and a properly salted base. We are extremely nerdy about the dishes we serve in our restaurants, but if you want to make the perfect portion at home, we have also published some of our recipes, where you can find selected dishes from our cookbook, as well as the important classics such as rice pudding, red fruit pudding with cream, mushroom risotto, dahl, bread beer pudding etc. Bon appétit!
