I am the helicopter pilot who turned my hobby into my livelihood. I love to bake. And I am genuinely happy when I see the joy my cakes bring. There are many stories. In what was once a stable, I now take pride in conjuring up the most delicious celebration cakes, almond roses and other delicacies. Grini Hjemmebakeri is located in the barn at Grini farm where I grew up. The farm has been in the family for six generations. Farm production was unfortunately minimal when I picked up my mother's old art of homemade celebration cakes. I have always had a passion for four-legged creatures, what sprouts and grows. In the bakery we cultivate solid craftsmanship and use raw materials of top quality. That ensures the best result for my cakes.
