Thursday 11 June at 18:00 we open the doors to For evi og aldrig, and you are welcome! 'For evi og aldrig' is Makipark's first separate exhibition as a solo artist. With a background from the graffiti scene, he has further developed a distinctive expression that appears both abstract, figurative and timeless. The exhibition is about balancing the contrast between hard and soft, masculine and feminine. The works are inspired by retro interior design, traditional Korean visual expression and the energy of contemporary graffiti. As usual there will be good atmosphere and something good in the glass. Stig Magnus Makipark (born 1995) is a Norwegian artist with roots from South Korea. He has worked with art since he was 15 years old and is self-taught, shaped through experience, experimentation and a life close to the art and underground scene.
